Born of Flame & Intention
Hi, I’m Talia — founder of Divine Flames, practicing witch, artist, writer, registered veterinary technician, and the crafty gremlin personally responsible for all of this. Divine Flames was born from devotion, creative obsession, and my complete inability to do anything halfway. What started as a personal spiritual practice — pouring candles, working with herbs and crystals, building ritual into everyday life — slowly grew into a full handmade studio of magical goods designed to feel beautiful, intentional, and alive.
At Divine Flames, I create handcrafted candles, oils, bath soaks, and ritual tools in small batches, each one layered with symbolism, atmosphere, and care. I’m deeply inspired by mythology, devotional practice, glamour, protection, transformation, and the emotional energy an object can hold. I care a lot about how something looks, feels, smells, means, and lingers.
Every piece begins as a feeling, a story, a mood, a bit of spiritual texture I want to make tangible. I think hard about what herbs belong in something, what crystals support it, what color story it holds, what kind of energy it brings into a room, and what version of you it might help call forward.
Here, the belief that ritual tools should be more than pretty objects is sacred. They should feel personal. They should feel charged. They should feel like something you reach for during devotion, healing, grief, glamour, protection, cleansing, softness, power, or reinvention. I want what I make to live on altars and vanities and nightstands and in the quiet, strange, holy corners of people’s lives.
Clean ingredients matter to me, and so does creating products that feel good to actually live with — not overly harsh, headache-inducing, or physically off-putting. Beautiful in concept AND beautiful in practice.
My work outside the shop (Registered Veterinary Technician AKA professional pet wrangler) keeps me close to care in its most tangible form — showing up, paying attention, working with your hands, tending to living beings with patience and skill. Divine Flames comes from a different part of me creatively, but not from a completely separate place. Both are rooted in devotion. Both ask for steadiness, heart, and the ability to function through a little chaos.
This shop is for the witches, the artists, the altar-tenders, the romantics, the seekers, and anyone who wants beauty products with actual soul in it. It’s for people who speak in symbols, who want their spiritual practice to feel textured and personal, and who know that sometimes lighting a candle is not just lighting a candle. Sometimes it’s prayer. Sometimes it’s protection. Sometimes it’s grief. Sometimes it’s a reset. Sometimes it’s just deciding your current emotional collapse is part of a larger mythic character arc, and we are here for it.
Divine Flames exists because I believe magic should feel personal. Your ritual tools should feel chosen. Your space should feel like yours. Beauty should be allowed to be sacred. And your life is almost always improved by lighting the good candle about it.
